“I first met Roxi in a class setting at the health club where I’m a member. The classes were TRX, sports stretch and mobility. I was impressed with Roxi’s attention to technique. She has an unerring ability to detect if you are using the muscles the exercises are designed to target or if some other muscles are being used instead. I have no clue how she does that but she gets me very time! Her focus on technique is great for minimising injury risk. I was also impressed that Roxi paid attention to everyone in the class even those that I rather unkindly considered to be no-hopers. Roxi always encourages people to do their individual best and what’s more she helps them get there. I decided that I wanted personal training and asked Roxi to help me. That coincided with the social distancing required to mitigate the coronavirus contagion. I was a little unsure if personal training would work by video but it really does work with Roxi. Roxi’s training sessions are always well prepared and she continues to be able to tell if I’m using the correct muscles or if my posture is not correct for the exercise. I really appreciate the advice and encouragement I get from Roxi. I leave every session feeling much better physically and mentally. Roxi follows up every PT session with a work out for the week and a stretch and flexibility video for me to follow. She showed me how to use the machines and equipment, and went through a range of exercises and motions, explaining each ones’ purpose.
