NEW flexibility class in SW19
Join our weekly flexibility classes at the home of Martial arts in South West London. Stronger Fitness and Martial Arts provide a warm and welcoming environment to improve your flexibility, feel better and move better.
This class is open to all levels and is not limited to martial artists.
The class focus rotates on a weekly basis from front splits to side splits and then back bends.
Classes are every Saturday 11am – 12pm.

!NEW CLASS ALERT!
This class is designed to get all your workout needs in one. The first 30 minutes of the session will be high intensity to get the heart rate up and improve cardiovascular fitness and bodyweight strength (No equipment required). The second half of the class will be centred around increasing flexibility and working on mobility in the joints.
The class will take place every Tuesday morning at 10AM and will be at a general level. Beginner and advanced options will be offered throughout.
